Red Centre Adventures can accommodate group bookings, including school and corporate events.

We have an extensive bike hire fleet of over 30 mountain bikes, plus our bike trailer can efficiently transport 20 bikes at once to or from your accommodation, or, the beginning/end of your ride.

  • • We are flexible especially as the Summer days approach. Early collection or late return of any rental can be arranged by contacting Red Centre Adventures ahead of your booking.

    • Saturday store hours are 8:30am - 12:30pm and closed on Sunday. HOWEVER all Bike Hire bookings are still available for full days and we will arrange appropriate collection or delivery of bikes. You can still book online for weekends.

    • Rentals must be returned a minimum of 30 minutes before the close of business on the last day of your rental.

  • • Bike delivery times are between 8:00am and 8:30am

    • Bike collection times are between 5:30 and 6:00pm

    • Please add accommodation name to your notes when booking. Please remember to pay for delivery / collection or both per bike during online booking. MUST have a minimum of 24hr notice and in town delivery/collection only. Please call if further out of town is required.

    $12 per bike weekdays

    $24 per bike weekends / public holidays

    We understand circumstances can change, so please call us to discuss as soon as possible. No one enjoys cancelling holiday activities.

    RED CENTRE ADVENTURES CANCELLATION POLICY:

    If cancellation occurs more than 1 calendar day before the commencement of the Rental Period you will receive a refund of 90% of your booking.

    If cancellation occurs on or after the day before the commencement of the Rental Agreement 100% of any amount paid under the rental agreement will be forfeited.

    In the event of weather conditions that do not allow Red Centre Adventures NT to hire bikes for a certain period of time, Red Centre Adventures NT will provide a full refund to the customer if the booking occurs within the period of closure.

    If cancellation is due to unforeseen COVID restrictions you will receive a refund of 100% of your booking.

    Red Centre Adventures may opt to transfer your booking to an alternate date with no addition cost incurred, subject to availability.
